Hydrogen mapped
Part of the programme involves systematically mapping the requirements and development of knowledge related to hydrogen – e.g. with qualitative and quantitative labour market research, mapping the skills that are needed, offering insight into promising career paths, boosting intake within vocational education and monitoring the HCA of GroenvermogenNL as a whole. This is done in part using the hydrogen transition map from NWP.
Collaboration
The outcomes of these activities are closely coordinated with the regions and contribute to agenda setting for other work streams in GroenvermogenNL’s Human Capital Agenda. These activities are carried out in close cooperation with the Talent for Technology Platform (PTvT).
